About Us
Who We Are
The Educators is an online resource to give barber/cosmetology professionals an easier way to stay updated on their continuing education credits. The courses are approved through the State of Wisconsin, and include the most up-to-date information required by current legislation. Classes are offered online, including all study materials, tests, and certificates. The Educators also travel to salons across Wisconsin to teach continuing education courses in-person.
The Educators was started in early spring 2010 by Wendy Reiter, an experienced barber/costmetologist in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Wendy has taught barber/costmetology educational summits in Milwaukee, Madison, and Stevens Point for the State of Wisconsin and has also taught continuing education (C.E.) courses to salon owners throughout Western Wisconsin.

We work hard to make sure that our students are informed of the legal changes governing our profession. Our staff meets regularly with inspectors and attorneys who are working on shaping the industry's legislation. We also work directly with Wisconsin's Department of Regulation and Licensing to keep our curriculum and testing up-to-date.
Customer Service - The Educators strives to make it easy for you to get your questions answered. You can contact us anytime to talk with our staff and we'll personally help you with any issues or questions. We can easily be contacted through phone or email, and will respond to your within 24-48 hours of your request.

Ease of Use - As you go through your online training classes and take your tests, you'll find that our system is very user-friendly and easy to use. We allow you to take your test up to two (2) times. If you need further assistance with your test, we walk through them with you personally, making sure that you understand the material.

It's easy to get started with your online continuing education! You can start by viewing the courses we have available. Once you've completed your registration, you'll have access to all of the course study materials, tests, and certificates.
