Regulation of Classes: Classroom & Online

POLICY OF THE EDUCATORS: Wendy Reiter

Licensee's receiving their continuing education from The Educators shall:

• Be given two (2) chances in which to successfully pass any of the exams. Classroom or Online.
• Be able to speak directly to one of the educators: Wendy Reiter by means of telephone 715-271-1180, Fax: 715-835-4773, E-mail: info@theeducatorswi.com.
• Sign up for as many classes as they want or need, for their CE credits.
• The fee of $8.00 per CE hour for online or classroom classes taught within 15 miles of Eau Claire. Over fifteen miles there will be a charge of $0.50 per mile added. (This may change without notice if fuel prices go up. We will try to contact you if there is an increase). This fee will be charged to each licensee. Payment in full must be received before licensee will receive the CE certificate.
• The Educators will also retain a copy of your CE certificates.
• There will be a $2.00 charge for all copies of certificates if lost or misplaced.
• Classroom Cancelations: You may cancel your classroom class up to 30 days prior to start of class for a full refund. Under 30 days you will receive 50% of the original price back. (allow six weeks) Less than 7 days notice no refund will be made.
• Online Class Refunds:
• If for some reason you are not comfortable with an Instructor or have some issues with one of the Instructors, you have the right to speak with the other Instructor. Our goal is to help you achieve your CE's for your license renewal and be well informed about your lessons you take with us.
